Hi Everyone and Welcome to New Recipe Sunday—-#2 for this 2013!

Today I would like to share with you something soo easy and soo good, you will never buy store bought again….PEANUT BUTTER!  Yes, that´s right…home made peanut butter. So good and what I like is I know what ingredients went into it. Simply peanuts and oil. NO extra yucky stuff

Ingredients:

400 grams peanuts

and a slosh of oil!

Now I used the thermomix to grind the peanuts, but any good quality food processor should do the trick also!
