Wow… it is Monday already…. when did that happen? I have often written about the fact that time races by for me and that I just do not have enough hours in the day to do all I want to do. I bet I am not alone!? I keep having to remind myself, to stop and enjoy. Yesterday, I did just that, I stopped and enjoyed. I got on my bike  and road 25 km to have lunch with my son who lives in the city. YEs I could have taken the car or public transport but the weather was just calling me to get and ENJOY.  After getting some E-book work done, my son Mike and I went to Shakespeare and Sons for Bagels and Book Shopping. I felt like I was home. We both throughly ENJOYED amazing Bagels and Book Shopping.

 

But now it is Monday, 1oam already and yes I have been busy. This is what a typical start to my week looks like:

 

05:30 am   Wake up and bike to the local indoor pool to swim laps

08:00 am   General Housecleaning and Laundry.

11:oo am     Computer Work… emails, social media and blog work

Afternoon   Grocery Shopping and “hanging. out”

05:00 pm    Fitness

08:00 pm   Dinner  and RELax
