I really love this years Christmas Day Tablescape……so many different components….soo many memories…
The little Christmas Tree in this picture was made by a friend from Cloppenburg.
The fresh green…well that would have been something my mom would have done, so I like to think she helped me in creating this tablescape
Ah…. my baby. I love these statues(there are 2 but only one used in this setup)
The green glass charger plates I bought with my first tip money while working at the ice cream parlor. The colorful napkins I bought at Home Goods in Denada Square a few years ago. One of those must have buys. The porcelain Reindeer Heads were the only good thing that came out my retail job last year. They were super marked down… I just had to take them! The green dishes… from my neice and nephew. And the wine glasses were a flea market find a few years ago.
The place card holders…. from my niece Heidi´s wedding..
A few years ago, my husband gave me as one of my Christmas presents a weekend in Hamburg to see the musical Cats. Since we were taking a train he wrapped the tickets in a model train set. Of course, I saw the possiblity of a tablescape!
The ONLY upside to have sooo many pine trees on the property is all the pine cones I can collect!
the newest addition to my collection of decorations is the white owl, I just could not leave him at the store.
And there you have it. Our Christmas Day Tablescape 2019. We had a peaceful day….. brunching and enjoying each others company. Oh the Christmas Tree in the backround…. that artificial tree is now 30 years old. It was our Christmas Tree in the early years. And the golden Christmas ornaments belonged to my late mother law.
Happy Tablescaping Everyone. As always sharing with Between Naps on the Porch Tablescape Thursday.
