Halloween? Already? But is anyone really in a Halloweeny-Mood? For the most part there is no trick or treating for the kids. The usual neighborhood gatherings have been canceled and well in general we adults are just not in the mood. At least that is how I feel. The other day I went to say good bye to Tegel Airport here in Berlin, and well that simply put me over the edge. I am not in the mood for anything anymore. And that makes me even sadder, so I decided, even though we are not having a Halloween gathering or party, I would still see if I could create a tablescape and see here, I did! I love it when I find everything I need/want right here at home in my storage room. Even better is when it so easily comes together exactly how imagined.
So, sit back grab a cup of coffee or glas of your favorite vino and enjoy my 2020 Halloween Tablescape.
Usually when I am creating tablescapes for the blog, I set it up, take the pictures and put everything away, but I think I will enjoy this one for a few days… Happy Halloween Everyone.
I love my skelton hands… you might recognize them from a flower arrangement I made. For this tablescape I just bent them a bit and put them around each place setting.
Ah Ikea… they have laterns in every color, even black! And that skull head, I found that while on vacation in Mallorca!!
Seeing as I had no red colored tablerunner, I just took a tablecloth and folded it over a few times. Works like a charm!
The white eyeballs on the table? Well they are actually jaw breaker buble gum.
My crystal ball. You can take such cool pictures with it.
And what is a halloween table without cobwebs?
The black plates are from Ikea. The red ones from Möbel Höffner
the wine glasses were an ebay classified find
