Finally, I did it. I got off my butt-dusted off the tennis shoes and went for my first power walk in so long that I can not mention it here! Got in a good powerful 30 minutes. Not a lot I know, but a start. My goal is not only too lose a couple kilo´s, but more importantly to get in shape and feel better about myself.
Tomorrow—I set up the WII FIT and hope it does not say I am an old overweight woman!!!
