I recently subscribed to “america´s test kitchen” http://www.americastestkitchen.com/ Totally cool site. I had not yet heard about this web site, till I saw the show.(okay I know I am behind the times here in Germany). The episode I happened to watch was testing cookies-including my favorite-“Chocolate Chip Cookies”. Up until now I have been faithful to one recipe, but……. now I have a new one to add to my recipe book. This morning I baked up a batch for my family. The kitchen smells soo good and the cookies are oh so yummy! I am sure my son will be very happy when he comes home this afternoon.

BTW, you asked where I found my red chargers. Actually, they are candle chargers but I modified to make them chargers as I have rectangle dishes.
