Mornings begin with a fruit smoothie.. and thanks to my Thermomix, I can enjoy a fruit smoothie within seconds!
Ingredients:
a handful of frozen mixed fruits
a frozen banana
some joghurt
peanuts( i like the crunch)
a spritzer agava sryup
some water…..the amount depends on how thick you would like your smoothie
Directions:
Simply throw everything into the TM3 and then mix 20 sec/speed 2-3
