This week my entry in Foodie Friday is Mini Mac and Cheese in Parmesan Cups!
A few years ago I was watching the food network(back when I had a sling box) and Giada was hosting a show that featured an out of this world wedding. The appetizers were all mini´s and Mini Mac and Cheese was one of them. So, in my quest to put together the menu for an upcoming event I thought of this recipe and tried it out. YUMMY!
