Welcome to Workout Wednesday. To start this new feature in my blog, I am sharing with you some of my fitness fun in the past few weeks. My plan for the future is to share with you on a weekly basis, info about wohat workouts work for me and I am doing in my training for my third half marathon in the spring of 2021.
The only event that was ablt to take place this year was the Xletix in October. We were soo lucky with the weather and had an incredible day! I managed all but two of the 25 obstacles. And I may have been the oldest in the bunch, but I did not let that stop me for having a great day!
In these Corona Times, we fitness junkies take to the streets to run km after kmIt was a gorgeous Sunday Morning when I ran a nice 5k!Love my socks…… but I think I need new shoes.. .look at that hole!

Since the fitness studios had to close due to Covid….. we workout now via Zoom! This is Lena and she takes us through Mobilty/Tabata/Weight Lifting Classes

and this is SIlke…. she is our Trainer on Monday NIghts for “Strong” by Zumba….. Our trainers for the most part are alone in the studio and thanks to modern technology and Zoom we can still get a good workout done, in the comfort of our own home
